Fleet Manager

Salary: To be discussed during the interview

Language Requirements: Advanced / Fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to truck breakdowns and coordinate resolutions.

• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.

• Manage and maintain truck documentation, ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date.

• Prepare and submit weekly fleet performance reports.

• Coordinate fuel usage, route planning, and operational efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance providers to ensure smooth fleet operations.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to monitor deadlines and documentation proactively.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination is a strong advantage.

• Ability to work U.S. time zone hours from Tashkent.

• Must be based in Tashkent and available to work on-site.
