We are currently looking for former drivers of our company who are based in Uzbekistan to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist.
Position: Fleet Maintenance Specialist
Location: Andijan / Tashkent
Responsibilities:

Vehicle inspection and condition monitoring

Coordination and supervision of repair processes

Identifying technical issues and ensuring timely maintenance

Working closely with the team to keep the fleet in proper operating condition
Requirements:

Previous driving experience in our company

Strong understanding of vehicles and their technical condition

Practical knowledge gained from real on-road situations and breakdowns

Responsibility and attention to detail
Your real-world experience on the road is highly valued and will be a strong advantage for this role.
