Finance & Accounting Coordinator

Fixed Salary Discussed in Person based on Experience + Year End Bonus  

Aral Cargo LLC is a growing U.S. trucking company. Our Tashkent finance team handles everything — driver payroll, factoring, P&L, and the numbers that drive every business decision.

What you'll do:

— Build and send weekly settlement statements to 30+ drivers every Wednesday — accurately, on time, no errors

— Submit invoices to our factoring company (Triumph Business Capital) 

— Track funding, reserve balances, and debtor concentration weekly

— Produce a monthly P&L in QuickBooks broken down per truck

— Deliver a quarterly balance sheet

— Maintain a live financial dashboard in Excel reviewed by the CEO every Monday

What we need:

— Fluent English — written and spoken

— Strong Excel skills — you build models, not just fill tables

— QuickBooks Online experience — required

— Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance — required

— Understanding of trucking or logistics finance — strong advantage

— Extremely detail-oriented — one wrong number on a settlement statement costs us a driver

— Tashkent based, in-person
