Position: ELD Specialist - U.S. Logistics (B2B SaaS)
Location: On-site (No Remote)
Salary: Starting from $300
What You'll Do:
• Provide technical support to drivers by troubleshooting ELD connectivity and software issues
• Train drivers on proper ELD usage and digital logkeeping to prevent violations
• Monitor driver logs for Hours of Service (HOS) violations and missing data
• Add annotations for adverse driving conditions and personal conveyance trips
• Optimize driver statuses to maximize available driving time while remaining fully compliant
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, clients, and technical teams
• Prepare compliance and violation reports for internal audits and FMCSA reviews
Requirements:
• Age: 20+
• Russian: B2-C1 (strong spoken communication)
• English: B2-C1 (strong spoken communication)
• Uzbek language is an advantage, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Stress-resistant and eager to learn
