Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential driver candidates;

• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews;

• Guide applicants through the recruitment process;

• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation;

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency;

• Advanced Uzbek proficiency;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

• Responsible, organized, and goal-oriented mindset;

• No previous experience required.
