About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Driver Recruiter & HR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.

As a Driver Recruiter & HR Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying qualified drivers, conducting interviews, and matching candidates with the most suitable opportunities based on their experience, location, and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate driver experience, safety records, availability, and career preferences.

• Clearly explain job opportunities, including compensation, home time, routes, equipment, benefits, and company policies.

• Match drivers with the most suitable carriers or accounts based on their qualifications and personal circumstances.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Build strong relationships with prospective drivers and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or a related field.

• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
