- Source Owner Operators via platforms (Facebook, Indeed, etc.)
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
- Maintain driver records
- Utilize driver pools, leads, and job boards
Requirements
- Experience: Min. 4-5 months
- Fluent English
- Proficiency with various platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
