Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers.

• Source qualified drivers through job boards, lead databases, and other recruitment platforms.

• Maintain and update driver records and recruitment documentation.

• Utilize various recruitment platforms to attract top talent.

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• IELTS score of 7.0 or higher.

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience.

• Male or female candidates are welcome.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work with multiple recruitment platforms.

• Experience in driver recruitment is required.
