Requirements

• Experience: 1 Year
• Gender: Female (ONLY)
• Ability to speak English fluently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to use all types of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Tasks

• Will be responsible for finding Owner Operators and company drivers
• Leads from all types of platforms such as Facebook, Indeed etc
• Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
• Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards
