Tasks
- Make 50+ recruiting calls per day
- Source and hire team and solo drivers
- Screen, interview, and verify candidates
- Maintain candidate records and follow up throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing and hiring candidates
- Strong English communication skills (American accent preferred)
- Age 20+
- Gender: Female only
Compensation Details
- Base + bonus per driver
Schedule
- 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (UZB)
- In-office only
