MONDO MOTION (U.S. logistics, dry van, owner-operator) seeks a Driver Recruiter for our Tashkent office.
Обязанности
- Source owner-operators (Craigslist, Facebook, Telegram, Indeed); maintain job ads
- Screen leads via phone; present company program
- Verify documents (CDL-A, MVR/PSP, medical); arrange drug tests and onboarding
- Manage lead database/reports; support new drivers for 30 days
Требования
- 6+ months in U.S. trucking (recruiting, dispatch, sales, or support)
- Knowledge of owner-operator model and DOT/FMCSA basics
- Strong phone sales skills; persistent and results-driven
- English C1+; Russian C1+ (spoken/written)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and QM TMS
