WE’RE HIRING: DRIVER RECRUITER. We are looking for motivated and experienced Truck Driver Recruiters to join our growing U.S. trucking operation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in U.S. truck driver recruitment
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience recruiting CDL Class A drivers and Owner-Operators
- Ability to source candidates through social media, job boards, and other channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Compensation Details
- First 5 Successful Hires: Commission-only compensation
- After 5 Successful Hires: Monthly base salary + commission
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
