WE ARE HIRING: DRIVER RECRUITER. Join a growing team and help recruit qualified CDL drivers for the US trucking industry. Remote | US Time Zone. Salary: Discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit CDL drivers
- Conduct phone screenings & interviews
- Manage the recruitment process
- Present pay packages, benefits & lanes
- Handle objections and negotiate offers
- Maintain candidate records in ATS
- Coordinate with Safety, Compliance & Dispatch
Requirements
- Excellent English — written & spoken
- Recruitment experience, preferably US trucking
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Confident on the phone
- Goal-oriented and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with high-volume recruitment
