Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Street Loads Dispatcher.

Experience dispatching 53' Dry Vans.

No Amazon freight experience required.

Ability to consistently generate $14,000-$15,000+ in gross revenue per week with 3.0-3.5 RPM for solo trucks.

Ability to consistently generate $20,000-$25,000+ in gross revenue per week with 3.0-3.5 RPM for team trucks.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maximize truck profitability.
