Dispatcher

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of dispatching experience required

• Proven experience booking loads directly from shippers

• Spot market experience required

• Dry van dispatching experience required

• Reefer experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of the U.S. trucking and freight market

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads

Responsibilities:

• Search for and book suitable loads through the spot market

• Communicate directly with shippers and brokers regarding available loads

• Negotiate load rates and coordinate booking details

• Plan and manage loads according to driver and equipment availability

• Monitor load progress and communicate updates when necessary

• Handle documentation and ensure all load details are properly confirmed

• Maintain effective communication with drivers, shippers, and brokers

• Manage day-to-day dispatching operations and resolve load-related issues

Important:

We are not looking for candidates with Amazon-only dispatch experience. The position requires hands-on experience working with street loads.
