Dispatcher

Salary: From $2,000

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate 5+ drivers simultaneously.

• Make fast, accurate decisions in a high-pressure dispatch environment.

• Manage and operate a carrier-side Amazon Relay account.

• Onboard company drivers, lease drivers, and owner-operators with correct entity attribution.

• Ensure proper offboarding by removing drivers and equipment from the Relay account when they leave.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 20.

• At least 2 years of experience working with a carrier-side Amazon Relay account.

• Strong understanding of Amazon Relay Carrier Terms of Service and Schedule 1.

• Knowledge of suspension triggers, equipment interchange liability, insurance requirements, and one-account/affiliation rules.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and make quick operational decisions.
