About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Tashkent. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of dispatching experience and a strong understanding of the North East market. This is a full-time on-site position and does not offer remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and brokers.

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

• Resolve operational issues and provide real-time support.

• Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems.

• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.

• Track load statuses and provide updates as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher.

• Strong knowledge of the North East market.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in dispatching software and transportation management systems.

• Good English communication skills.
