Dispatcher

Gender: Male and Female

Experience: At least 2 years of dispatching experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a dispatcher

• Good understanding of the dispatching process and daily trucking operations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to communicate professionally with drivers and other parties

Responsibilities:

• Find and book suitable loads for assigned drivers

• Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers

• Negotiate rates and coordinate load details

• Monitor drivers and provide updates when necessary

• Track load progress and handle routine operational issues

• Maintain accurate information regarding loads and schedules

• Ensure timely communication throughout the transportation process

• Office-based position in Andijan
