Dispatch Specialist (Sprinter / Cargo Van)

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Specialist to join our team. You will work directly with owner-operators running Sprinter Vans and Cargo Vans, managing their daily dispatch operations and helping maximize their earnings.

Requirements:

• 6-12 months of relevant dispatch experience

• Fluent English

• Experience working with Sprinter Vans or Cargo Vans

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads

• Good knowledge of the US trucking market
