Position Overview

OctolaneDispatch is looking for a Dispatch Specialist to work with owner-operators operating Cargo Vans and Sprinter Vans. We are seeking a motivated professional with dispatching experience who can effectively communicate with drivers and brokers while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of dispatching experience

• Fluent English

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work with owner-operators operating Cargo Vans and Sprinter Vans

• Responsible and detail-oriented approach to work

Compensation

• 15%–20% of the profit
