Dispatch Specialist (After Hours Shift)

Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher.

• Experience working with Owner Operators.

• Ability to efficiently manage up to 10 trucks.

• Strong understanding of USPS bids and the DAT Load Board.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and coordinate daily freight operations.

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.

• Search for and secure profitable loads using DAT and USPS bid opportunities.

• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates.

• Resolve operational issues and maintain high service quality.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owner Operators.
