Dispatch Specialist

About the Position:
Bob Logistics Group is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. We are seeking a motivated and responsible professional with strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry who can efficiently cover truck capacity and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Cover truck capacity using Amazon Relay, DAT Load Board, and other load boards.

• Search for and book profitable loads.

• Coordinate with drivers and provide daily operational support.

• Monitor load progress and resolve transportation issues when necessary.

• Communicate with brokers and customers professionally.

• Maintain accurate load records and update dispatch information.

• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Requirements:

• At least 3–4 years of dispatch experience.

• Experience working with Amazon Relay, DAT, and other load boards.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Self-motivated and highly organized.

• Dedicated to the job and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
