Position Overview

AA FREIGHT INC is seeking an experienced Dispatch Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with practical dispatching experience and a strong understanding of load management. The ideal candidate should be confident working with DAT load boards and capable of handling different types of freight while maintaining efficient communication and operational performance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of dispatching experience.

• Experience working with DAT load boards.

• Ability to find, negotiate, and manage loads efficiently.

• Experience dispatching:

  • Hazmat Reefer loads

  • Dry Van loads

  • Flatbed loads

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads simultaneously.

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation: 1.5% of generated revenue

• Additional performance-based bonuses.

Samarkand, Uzbekistan.
