About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Dispatch Manager to lead and optimize our dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the trucking industry, and the ability to manage teams and operational processes effectively. This role is critical to ensuring efficient daily operations, high service standards, and continuous improvement of dispatch procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the dispatch team to ensure efficient performance and productivity.

• Oversee daily trucking operations and maintain a smooth operational workflow.

• Analyze and improve existing dispatch systems and processes.

• Manage, support, and mentor drivers and dispatch personnel.

• Monitor truck and driver performance to maximize operational efficiency.

• Coordinate daily dispatching activities and resource allocation.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.

• Monitor operational performance and promptly resolve issues and challenges.

• Maintain control over daily operational processes and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in dispatch management or a similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Proven knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Professional, respectful, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

Compensation

Salary: Fixed salary + percentage of gross revenue.
