Al-Kavsar Prime LLC is Hiring Dedicated Lane Dispatchers / Sales Dispatchers
We are currently looking for experienced dispatchers who understand the dedicated freight market and know how to build long-term relationships with brokers and direct shippers.

• Dispatchers who understand lane planning, market strategy, and fleet management
• Experience with DAT, carrier packets, broker communication, and load negotiations
• Someone who can help grow long-term business, not only cover trucks for one day
Our Fleet & Operations:
• Growing fleet with professional operations support
• We run all 48 states
• Strong focus on communication and customer service
• Ability to cover dedicated volumes and drop trailer opportunities
• Serious company focused on long-term growth
What We Offer:
