Customer support of TT ELD. Position: Customer Support Specialist. Level: Junior / Middle. Format: On-site (shift schedule, including night shifts and weekend shifts). Start date: As soon as possible (within 1–2 weeks). Urgency: High.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve technical and organizational issues, or escalate them to the relevant team (QA, Dev)
- Log inquiries in the CRM / ticketing system and track their status
Requirements
- English — IELTS 6.0 or higher certificate
- Russian — fluent (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and customer focus
- Computer literacy
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
