CF Transport is an American company working with US trucking businesses. Our office is in Mirabad district, Tashkent. No experience required — we’ll train you on the product and on client support.
What you’ll do: — handle incoming client requests by phone, messengers and email — resolve account and service issues, escalate complex cases to the right team — explain product features and guide new clients through onboarding — follow up until every issue is fully resolved — collect client feedback and flag recurring problems — keep CRM records accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for: — clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written — English (IELTS 6.5+), Russian (C1), Uzbek (fluent) — patience, attention to detail, ability to stay calm and structured under pressure — fast learner, comfortable with CRM and new software
