Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, chat)
- Identify needs and provide solutions
- Maintain records and update CRM
- Resolve issues and follow up
- Collaborate with Sales and other departments
- Gather feedback to improve services
- Stay current on products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
