Requirements:
- English proficiency: C1 level or higher
- Russian: C1
- Spanish: Advantage
- Prior experience in administrative, office, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Answer and process inbound calls
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with U.S.-based clients and healthcare partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
