Compliance & Safety Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in trucking safety and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.

• Experience managing Driver Qualification (DQ) files, Hours of Service (HOS), driver onboarding, and compliance documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files and ensure all compliance records are accurate and up to date.

• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

• Monitor driver qualification documents, medical certificates, and driver's licenses.

• Track Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and assist with internal and external audit preparation.

• Support the driver onboarding process and maintain complete compliance documentation.

• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
