AI-First Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

EduTizim.uz (http://EduTizim.uz/) is one of Uzbekistan's leading Education CRM/ERP platforms. Our product enables educational institutions to manage students, finance, HR, LMS, scheduling, reporting, and other business operations through a single integrated platform.

We are looking for an AI-First Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and leverages AI as part of the daily development workflow.

Tasks

• Develop and enhance the EduTizim.uz (http://EduTizim.uz/) platform
• Build new features and improve existing modules
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into the product
• Improve system architecture and application performance
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Ability to use AI for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and optimisation
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI agent workflows
• Comfortable integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
• 2+ years of commercial experience
• Node.js (TypeScript)
• React (TypeScript)
• MongoDB
• REST APIs
• Git
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Excellent analytical and mathematical thinking
• Experience with code reviews and maintaining existing codebases
• English proficiency is a strong advantage

Compensation Details

• Salary: 10,000,000 UZS+ (depending on skills and experience)

Schedule

• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Office-based (Tashkent)
