A trucking company is looking for an Accounting Specialist with experience in financial records, documentation, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant work experience

Ability to work with Quick Manage

Experience with financial records and documentation

Understanding of accounts payable and receivable

Attention to detail and responsible approach to work

Ability to work closely with operations and dispatch teams

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Prepare financial reports

Assist with monthly closing

Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams when needed
