About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Specialist to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial operations accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Quick Manage accounting software

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closing activities

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams to support daily business activities

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in Quick Manage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
