Accounting Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable.

• Prepare and maintain drivers’ statements.

• Prepare weekly profit and loss reports.

• Generate, review, and analyze reports from EFS, Comdata, and PrePass systems.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Support daily accounting operations and reporting activities.

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Punctual, organized, and reliable.

• Ability to work efficiently in an office-based environment.

• Basic understanding of accounting processes is an advantage.
