Responsibilities

• Contact CDL drivers and present company opportunities

• Screen candidates and conduct phone interviews

• Manage candidate pipeline and update CRM

• Meet weekly driver hiring targets

Requirements

• Age 18+

• English level C1

• 6+ months experience in recruiting or sales

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confident phone presence
