• Coordinate loads and routes for drivers

• Monitor delivery timelines and driver performance

• Solve operational issues in real time

Requirements

• Age 18+

• English level C1

• 2–3 years dispatch experience in trucking

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
