Deepen is the leading SaaS software for fitness studios in Uzbekistan. We are one of the fastest-growing startups in the region, helping gyms and fitness studios optimize operations, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As we expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive B2B growth, build and lead a sales team, and contribute directly to the company’s ambitious expansion goals.

Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales Leadership
  • Drive new customer acquisition among fitness studios and wellness businesses.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach company growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Team Building & Management
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement.
  • Mentor and coach team members for professional growth.
  • Market Development
  • Travel to different regions in Uzbekistan to build strong relationships with fitness studio owners and decision-makers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and verticals for expansion.
  • Represent Deepen at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align sales efforts with company strategy.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product development.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or fitness industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in building and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Uzbekistan.
  • Sports enthusiast with a passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Fluent in Uzbek and Russian; English proficiency is a plus.
