Position: HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for staff across all school functions
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and employment matters
- Assist with performance management processes and employee relations cases
- Ensure HR activities comply with Uzbekistan Labour Law and CST policies
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll inputs, leave records, and employee files
- Support staff engagement, recognition, and training initiatives
- Maintain and update employee data in the HR management information system and ensure data accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years HR experience (ideally in an international or educational environment)
- Familiarity with Uzbekistan Labour Code
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Uzbek (Russian is an advantage)
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
