Requirements

• Experience: Less than 1 year
• Gender: Male
• Experience at least 6-8 month in trucking industry
• Fluent Russian and English
• IELTS 6.5 minimum
• Work under pressure and make responsible decisions independently
• Take personal responsibility for load performance and customer satisfaction

Tasks

• Monitor and update all active loads from pickup to delivery
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, brokers, and dispatchers
• Track delays, breakdowns, weather issues, and appointment changes
• Confirm pickups, deliveries, detention, lumper, and POD documents

Schedule

• Shift can be either main or night Tashkent time
