Tasks

• Conduct onboarding process for new drivers
• Verify and collect required documents
• Communicate with drivers regarding safety requirements
• Work closely with Safety, HR, and Dispatch departments
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Follow FMCSA and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ months of experience in Logistics / Safety / Onboarding
• English level: B2–C1
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Experience in the U.S. trucking industry is a plus
