Position: Safety and Claims Manager

Experience required: 1+ year

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (5/2), 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (Chicago Time)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor FMCSA compliance and company safety performance.

• Review DOT inspections, violations, and out-of-service (OOS) cases.

• Investigate safety-related incidents and determine root causes.

• Manage toll disputes and traffic citations.

• Handle cargo, damage, and insurance claims.

• Communicate with insurance providers, brokers, and third parties.

• Track and maintain claim documentation and records.

• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare reports related to safety, claims, and compliance metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience in trucking safety, compliance, or claims management.

• Good understanding of FMCSA and DOT regulations.

• Experience handling cargo claims, insurance claims, or toll disputes.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to investigate incidents and work with documentation.
