We are a fast-growing 𝐄𝐝𝐓𝐞𝐂𝐡 startup on a mission to scale our platform, and we are looking for a experienced and proactive 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗝𝗦 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 to join our core engineering team! With a rapidly growing user base of 70K+ active users, optimizing performance, and integrating cutting-edge AI features into production.

Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend services using NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Architect and implement AI Agents, Prompt Engineering models, and LLM integrations into our core product.
• Build high-performance, real-time communication features using WebSockets.
• Design robust REST APIs and ensure system security (JWT, OAuth, encryption best practices).
• Optimize database queries and schemas to handle high traffic and user growth.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, following Clean Code, SOLID, and DRY principles.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in backend development.
• Core Tech Stack: Deep understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript, and strong hands-on experience with NestJS or Express.
• AI & Automation: Experience with Prompt Engineering and building/deploying AI Agents.
• Databases: Strong proficiency in production-grade MongoDB.
• Real-time & DevOps: Experience with WebSockets, Docker, Git, and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is highly preferred (ability to read technical documentation, communicate, and work with global tools/APIs).
• Mindset: A problem-solver who takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
