Requirements:

• Academic Background: Current 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students (Junior or Senior).

  Language Proficiency:

  Uzbek: Native or near-native fluency (excellent spoken and written skills).

  Chinese: Fluent in speaking and listening; able to explain language grammar and vocabulary clearly in Chinese.

  Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching. Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Language Coaching: Conduct Uzbek language training sessions for our Chinese-speaking employees (ranging from beginner to intermediate levels).

  Material Preparation: Prepare simple, practical, and engaging teaching materials (focused on daily conversation and basic business terms).

  Cultural Bridge: Help employees understand Uzbek local culture and customs to foster better communication.
