Tasks

• Full operational leadership of a large-scale logistics company
• Managing and scaling 100+ truck fleet operations
• Building structured systems across dispatch, safety, and performance
• Driving profitability, efficiency, and growth
• Leading high-level team and decision-making processes

Requirements

• MBA (required)
• Senior Management / Product Management experience (8–10+ years)
• Deep understanding of logistics & US trucking market
• English — native or fluent
• Russian — native or fluent
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational control
• Age: 30–45 preferred
