• Check and review active fleet cases daily
• Follow up on unfinished tasks until completion
• Track and collect missing invoices and documents
• Update spreadsheets and case statuses accurately
• Monitor and respond in Telegram groups
• Escalate overdue or stuck cases to management
• Maintain organized records and reports

• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills (Telegram/email)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily
• English — B2 level
• Russian — B2 level
• Uzbek — B2 level
