• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian languages
• Higher education in Pedagogy or Philology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to explain material clearly and effectively
• Skill in improving teaching methods based on students’ needs and feedback
• Ability to conduct interactive and engaging lessons
