Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year recruiting experience
• Experience hiring team drivers (MUST)
• Strong English communication (American accent preferred)
• Ability to make at least 100 calls a day
• Age: 20+

Compensation Details

• Fixed base + performance bonus per driver

Schedule

• 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (UZB time)
• In-office only
• NO REMOTE
