About the Position:
Astel LLC is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Manager to join our team on a remote weekend schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring driver compliance, supporting drivers during roadside inspections, and helping maintain safety standards in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor drivers' logbooks and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance

• Review and manage ELD records

• Support drivers during roadside situations and DOT inspections

• Communicate with drivers regarding safety and compliance matters

• Monitor violations and assist in preventing compliance-related issues

• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position

• Strong understanding of HOS rules and FMCSA regulations

• Solid knowledge of logbooks and ELD systems

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High level of attention to detail and responsibility
