Tasks

• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods
• Qualify leads from paid/free websites, LinkedIn, Indeed and internal databases
• Assess leads through, calls, emails or social media to ensure alignment with target profiles (e.g trucking companies, fleet owners)
• Build rapport to warm up leads for senior sales agents
• Maintain lead records in the CRM and track progress
• Reporting on sales activities, results, and forecasts to sales manager or senior management

Requirements

• Interest in sales and customer communication; prior experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Rapport - building and lead nurturing expertise
• Problem- solving and objection – handling skills
• English — C1 level
• Russian — B2 level
