Key Responsibilities:

Managing inventory of equipment, spare parts, materials, and furniture.

Maintaining the operation of internet, electricity, HVAC, and specialized ventilation systems for 3D printing and laser rooms.

Coordinating daily cleaning and maintenance services for the facility.

Organizing technical support and repairs for all devices and equipment.

Preparing and submitting asset and inventory reports for the KOIIA consortium.

Monitoring internet infrastructure and prerequisites for educational program launches.

Coordinating on-site tasks for local staff and documenting task fulfillment for U-Enter.

Supporting administrative communication regarding official documents and agreements.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, equipment operation, or maintenance.

Languages: Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian (English/Korean is a major advantage).

Technical Skills: Basic configuration and troubleshooting of network equipment (switches, routers, APs).

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Facility Management preferred).

IT Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D printers, laser cutters, Arduino, or IoT equipment.

Background in working within Makerspaces, FabLabs, or technical training centers.

Experience in building or operating network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi).

Previous experience in collaborative projects with Korean organizations.

Additional:

Employment Period: May 2026 – December 2026 (Possibility of extension until 2028 based on performance).
